    PRINT | The BW BOUQUET print is our floral for the monochromatic lovers. This print brings together an array of flowers snapped on my honeymoon to North America. Bundled together into three bouquet variations and placed into a repeat that helps shape the body. Originally painted in pigment inks and digitally printed keeping the rich painted texture throughout. 

  • All Variety Hour garments are made locally in Melbourne.

     

    Optimal care will ensure longer life of the garment. We recommend you only dry clean our silk and viscose/rayon garments. 

    Our cotton and linen/viscose garments can be hand washed.

    How are orders posted?

    For orders under $100, we ship to Australian addresses for a flat rate of $6.75

    We ship our Australian packages via courier service SENDLE. Variety Hour is still a one girl operation so I will get your package out in the world within 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

     

    If you need express shipping please select at checkout. Please note this will incur an extra fee.

     

    INTERNATIONAL

    For orders under $100, we ship worldwide for a flat rate of $15AUD 

    We use Australia Post Air Mail for international delivery which takes about 5-6 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    Please be aware of any customs and import duties in your country


    When will my order be shipped?

    All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days.

    During sale time please allow extra time for your order to be processed.

  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items so please choose carefully :) 

     

    Can I exchange or return my purchase?

    At Variety Hour great care has been taken with the quality and fit and we sure you will love your purchase!  However we also understand online shopping can be a bit scary, therefore we are happy to exchange, give credit note or refund full priced goods that are returned to the Variety Hour office strictly within 14 days from purchase (for preorders this will be 14 days from receiving your item in the post)

    If you intend to exchange or return please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will provide you with a return shipping address. 

    Returns must be sent using AusPost Express satchel and return shipping cost to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please take care and retain a copy of the tracking number. 

    So to put it simply: 

    • All goods must be returned to Variety Hour strictly within 14 days from purchase 
    • Be unused, unwashed and in original condition 
    • Retain swing tags 
    • Posted back using Express post

    After your return or exchange has arrived,  please allow 7 days for us to process a refund or ship out your new item 

    But I'm not from Australia, how do I use Auspost to return my item? 

    Never fear! Please just email us so we can let you know the best way forward. 

    My item is faulty, what do I do? 

    Please email us straight away and we will get back to you with what to do. We will cover postage price for faulty items and give a full refund. 

    We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions.
