  • The table below shows the suggested measurements of the body for each size. Every style changes the fit so we also include the appropriate measurements in most of the product descriptions.

    Because our clothes are not fitted we have chosen an Alpha size set with the suggest numerical size range.

    With more fitted styles like pants take your normal size. For example size Small would be an AU10, Medium would be AU12 and so on. 

    Size up if you prefer an OS fit or down if you like thing more fitted.

    Hey Friends 

    Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders until the 20th July due to lockdown and quarantine restrictions. That will be the latest date and we may be able to pack them sooner. Your support is important to us and we are forever grateful. Can't wait to package them up as soon as possible and send them to you xx 

     

    We are social distancing. Please note the following changes during our temporary store closure 

    - Free shipping for all domestic orders over $199

    - Flat rate of $5.95 for all other domestic orders 

    - Flat rate of $17 for International orders 

    - As we are working remotely we are currently shipping 2 times a week so your package will be sent out within a few days after ordering

    - International orders may take up to one week to leave our studio due to the courier we use being delayed 

    - We will not be offering express postage during this time incase we are unable to get your package sent out asap

    - We pack orders solo from our home and studio which is a clean environment for our employees

    How are orders posted?

    We ship to Australian addresses for a flat rate of $5.95

    We ship our Australian packages via courier service SENDLE or Australia Post.

    You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    If you would like to be extra careful that your package arrives safely, please choose the 'Signature on Delivery' option at checkout. We can not be held responsible for the unfortunate loss of parcels after they have left our studio. 

    INTERNATIONAL

    We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $17AUD 

    We use Australia Post Air Mail for international delivery which takes about 5-6 business days once it leaves our studio. Please note delays with International shipping due to Covid. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    Please be aware of any customs and import duties in your country and current COVID delays 


     

     

     

  • International customers - We are continuing to ship to our international customers during this time, however as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our courier is experiencing delays across it’s international networks. We use Sendle International to send parcels and as a result of cancelled flights, changes in custom regulations and social distancing measures, your parcel may take between 4-16 weeks to make it to you. Please check your local governments restrictions before ordering. Items delayed or lost in transit by the courier are not Variety Hour’s responsibility and are not entitled to a refund. Please check the Sendle website for more information.

    Due to social distancing measures, we are currently shipping orders and collecting returns once a week/on Wednesdays. We appreciate your patience while we process your order. We pack all orders in a clean and safe manner from our shop or studio.

    Online Sale Items - Can be returned for exchange or credit only. Follow the terms below for returning these items. Items purchased during our sample sale are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.

    Return Policy:

    At Variety Hour great care has been taken with the quality and fit and we sure you will love your purchase!  However we also understand online shopping can be a bit scary, therefore we are happy to exchange, give credit note or refund full priced goods that are returned to the Variety Hour office within 14 days from purchase 

    If you intend to exchange or return please contact us within a few days of receiving your item and we will provide you with a return shipping address. 

    Returns must be sent using AusPost Express satchel and return shipping cost to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please take care and retain a copy of the tracking number. 

    So to put it simply: 

    • All goods must be returned to Variety Hour strictly within 14 days from purchase 
    • Be unused, unwashed and in original condition 
    • Retain swing tags 
    • Posted back using Express post

    After your return or exchange has arrived, please allow 7 days for us to process a refund or ship out your new item 

    But I'm not from Australia, how do I use Auspost to return my item? 

    Never fear! Please just email us so we can let you know the best way forward. 

    My item is faulty, what do I do? 

    Please email us straight away and we will get back to you with what to do. We will cover postage price for faulty items and give a full refund. 

    We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions.
