Clothing Return Policy:
At Variety Hour, great care has been taken with the quality and fit and we sure you will love your purchase! However we also understand online shopping can be a bit scary, therefore we are happy to exchange, give credit note or refund full priced goods that are returned to the Variety Hour office strictly within 14 days from purchase.
SALE ITEMS - PLEASE REFER TO PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FOR RETURN ELIGIBILITY. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. WINTER 2021 MARK DOWNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT ONLY. NO SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
If you intend to exchange or return please contact us at email@example.com within three days of receiving your item and we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Please do not post orders back to our store, we aren't in store every day and are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Returns must be sent using AusPost Express satchel and return shipping cost to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please take care and retain a copy of the tracking number and email it to us when you have sent your return.
After your return or exchange has arrived, please allow 7 days for us to process a refund or ship out your new item.
- Full priced pieces purchased online can be returned within 14 days of ordering for a refund, exchange or credit
- Get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order if you intend on returning it
- Do not post it back to our store and instead we will provide you with an address
- Returns must be sent via Express post and you need to let us know the tracking
- Refer to Sale product pages for your return eligibility.
Poster Store Orders - Our poster store prints are made to order and can not be returned for refund, exchange or credit; choose carefully.
In Store Purchases are eligible for exchange or credit only and must be returned to our store within 14 days of purchase.
But I'm not from Australia, how do I use Auspost to return my item?
Never fear! Please just email us so we can let you know the best way forward.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please email us straight away and we will get back to you with what to do. We will cover postage price for faulty items and give a full refund. We reserve the right to replace or repair the item where possible as per ACCC guidelines.
We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions. Refer to the label before washing and read more on how to best care for your VH here.
