Can I exchange or return my purchase?
At Variety Hour great care has been taken with the quality and fit and we sure you will love your purchase! However we also understand online shopping can be a bit scary, therefore we are happy to exchange, give credit note or refund full priced goods that are returned to the Variety Hour office strictly within 14 days from purchase (for preorders this will be 14 days from receiving your item in the post)
If you intend to exchange or return please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Returns must be sent using AusPost Express satchel and return shipping cost to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please take care and retain a copy of the tracking number.
So to put it simply:
- All goods must be returned to Variety Hour strictly within 14 days from purchase
- Be unused, unwashed and in original condition
- Retain swing tags
- Posted back using Express post
But I'm not from Australia, how do I use Auspost to return my item?
Never fear! Please just email us so we can let you know the best way forward.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please email us straight away and we will get back to you with what to do. We will cover postage price for faulty items and give a full refund.
We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions.
Can I return my sale item?
Unfortunately all sale item purchases are final so please choose carefully
