Shipping
We process online orders during shop opening hours. Order before 11am for same day dispatch on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be collected from our courier Monday.
Australian Shipping
- $8.95 Flat Rate on all domestic orders under $249
- Free AU Standard Shipping on orders over $249
- Express Shipping available for $14
- Signature on delivery available for $2.95
- We ship eligible orders with Sendle, otherwise they are sent via Auspost. All express/signature on delivery parcels are sent via Auspost
International Shipping
New Zealand 🇳🇿 - We now ship to NZ at the new reduced shipping cost of $12 AUD per order! Orders to NZ are currently taking between 5–10 business days to arrive once they depart our studio.
US + Canada 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 - We offer two options for shipping to the US and Canada. We have Express shipping through Australia Post for $30 AUD (4–8 business days) and Standard shipping through Sendle International for $17 AUD (15–25 business days).
Please include your phone number with shipping address if you are choosing Express International delivery.
Rest of the World 🌏 - We ship to all other countries world wide for a flat rate of $17 AUD through Sendle International.
Most international orders are delivered between 15 and 25 business days, but please get in touch if you have any questions at shop@varietyhourstudio.com
Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that need to be paid on your parcel before you receive it. Please check your local laws before ordering.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Fitzroy store during shop hours. Please wait until you receive a notification your order is ready before you come to collect. All in stock items are usually available to collect within 24 hrs. Click here for more information. We ask you collect your order within two weeks of purchasing in case you want to return or exchange it.
Posters & Fine Art Prints
Please note if placing an order including a mix of prints and clothing/homewares, your prints will be sent separately. Our posters and prints both require different packaging to our clothing, accessories and homewares so you will receive different tracking numbers for each item. Multiple posters are sent together in a tube.
Our Posters & Fine Art Prints are unable to be shipped internationally at this time.
