The Peony Blouse is a Peplum style top made out of a crisp Cotton Poplin.
It has a triple bow tie front feature, instead of buttons like previous versions of this blouse. The bows can be untied and adjusted to desired look.
The Peony Blouse is designed to be a loose 'smock' fit on the waist for comfort and ease.
The neckline has gathering across the front and back of the placket for a flattering finish.
The sleeves are puffy, and finish on the elbow. The sleeves have elastic at the end so they can be pushed up or pulled down flat depending on your desired puffiness.
