What is Happy Hour?

Happy Hour is our loyalty program. By signing up to Happy Hour, you’ll be able to earn points with every purchase that you can use on your future purchases online and in-store.

How do I join Happy Hour?

Simply create a customer account here, or click the ‘JOIN’ button above.

How do I earn points?

There’s many ways you can earn Happy Hour points which are detailed above under 'Earn Points'.

Will my points expire?

Points will expire one year after being issued.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

When you’re ready to redeem your points, simply add the corresponding code once you reach the checkout or let our shop assistant know when purchasing in-store so they can apply your points to your purchase.

What happens if I return an order purchased with points?

All points earned from an order you return will be deducted from your point balance.

Can I use my points in-store?

Yes, Happy Hour points are available to be used both online and in-store at our Fitzroy store. Let our shop assistant know your code when purchasing in store and we can process it on your transaction.

Can I transfer my points to another person?

No, points may not be combined with another account, or transferred to another person. If you think you may have more than one active customer account, please email us at shop@varietyhourstudio.com so we can look into this for you.

How do I update my details/email used for Happy Hour?

Can I use multiple vouchers/combine discount codes in the one transaction?

No, you can only use one voucher or other discount code you’ve received per purchase.

Will points show straight away on my customer account?

All points will show shortly after each action is taken, with the exception of the product reviews. Reviews have to be manually approved by our moderator to make sure they align with our community guidelines. You will not receive your product review points until they are published on our website which may take a few days to show.

Why can't I see my points after leaving a product review?

Product review points will only show for purchases made from the launch date of Happy Hour Rewards (18th August 2024) and we cannot back date points for product reviews for purchases made prior to this date.
