This dress is so sugary and sweet we couldn't help but name it the Cupcake Dress!

The Cupcake Dress is a square neck, mini dress, with puffy sleeves and a full, flowy skirt. She is a little bit fancy and ready for your next formal event.

The dress features a flattering square neckline and puffed, three quarter sleeves. The sleeves are finished with elastic on the top and bottom so you can push the sleeve up above the elbow for extra puff or wear them off the shoulder.  

The bodice is a babydoll cut to balance the smocked, full skirt shape. The bodice is intended to be fitted and has a shirring panel on the back for extra comfort. The skirt finishes mid thigh and most importantly, has pockets! 

The Cupcake Dress is made out of a Silk Cotton fabric blend and is lined in the bodice and skirt.

Designed in Melbourne, Australia. Made ethically in China.

Fit Notes

Fitting true to size. Take your regular VH dress size.

Please note the intended fit of this dress is to be fitted in the bodice (we know this is a bit different for us!) We have added shirring to the back of vodice to help with comfort. If you prefer a looser look you can go up a size.

The most important measurement is the bust. The skirt is smocked with plenty of flounce so there is no fit issues across the hips.

Anastasia wears a S. She is 175cm with a bust of 89cm. She wears a 8-10 in most brands. The S was the sample available, we would recommend she take a XS for intended fit.

Jess wears a XL, she is 173cm tall with a bust of 120cm. She wears an AU 18-20 in most clothing.

Garment Measurements

There is a shirred panel at the back of the bodice to help the dress fit your bust measurement/stretched to your measurement. Please note the +15cm stretch notes below.

e.g. Penny has a bust of 92cm, she would take the S.

XSMALL (AU 8-10) - Bust 78cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 79cm
SMALL (AU 10-12) - Bust 83cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 81cm
MEDIUM (AU 12-14) - Bust 88m (+ 15cm stretch), Length 83cm
LARGE (AU 14-16) - Bust 95.5cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 84cm
XLARGE (AU 16-18) - Bust 103cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 86cm
2XLARGE (AU 18-20) - Bust 111m (+ 15cm stretch), Length 86.5cm
3XLARGE (AU 20-22) - Bust 118.5cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 88cm
