Description

The Garden Gia Skirt is an a-line shaped, gathered, midi skirt.

This skirt is made of 100% Linen, lined with Viscose and embroidered in a custom, VH patterned embroidery

It has a thick elasticated waistband and most importantly, it has pockets.

This style runs large. If in doubt, we recommend sizing down

Fit Notes

Easy fitting pull over style due to fully elasticated waist. Generous fit. We recommend sizing down from your usual size

This skirt is embroidered and lined but fits the same as other printed Gia skirts in our range.

Anastasia wears a S. She is 175cm with a waist of 64cm and hip of 97cm. She wears a 8-10 in most brands.

Care

Cold delicate hand wash, wrap in towel and wring out excess water before hanging to dry.

Found myself twirling and relishing in the whimsy

I purchased the matching Suki Blouse and as a set, this helped me get in touch with a femininity I did not know I possessed! Running my fingers across the detailed embroidery is a delight and I found myself moving differently with this on, intentionally holding my skirt up to step or sway from one place to the next.

I'm 1.7m, generally a Size 12 for bottoms, with a longer torso and ordered the Large. The length is fantastic (ending at my ankles) and while I think I could have gone with a Medium (I can see the elastic waist sliding down to the hip if I end up enjoying life's pleasures a little less but easily adjusted with some stitching), I wonder if it would flow as well as the Large.

If you already have the Suki Blouse in the Garden embroidery, don't hesitate on the skirt as it will add to the versatility and dress it up! I've received so many comments and know I'll be wearing this for well... decades!

Matching set of my dreams

I bought the matching top to this a whole back, but seeing the skirt back in stock I quickly snatched one up! The set together is beautiful, and the embroidery is masterfully executed. Very please with this purchase!
