At Variety Hour, great care has been taken with the quality and fit and we sure you will love your purchase! However we also understand online shopping can be a bit scary, so please ready below to learn more about our returns and exchange policies.
Return & Exchange Policy
FULL PRICE ITEMS
We are happy to exchange, give a credit note (valid for 3 years) or refund full priced goods.
If you wish to exchange for a different item we can put the style aside for you. If the item is higher value than the one you purchased we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance which must be paid within 24 hours of sending. If the item you wish to exchange for is of lower value, you can choose to receive the difference as a refund or a credit note (valid for 3 years).
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Styles purchased on sale or during a promotional period can be returned for exchange or credit only, unless marked as Final Sale.
Styles marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
Final sale pieces have these terms written in their product descriptions. Please choose carefully.
How to return or exchange your order
If you intend to return or exchange your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return shipping address. You must post your order back to the Variety Hour office strictly within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Clothes must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
Returns must be sent using an AusPost Express satchel and the return shipping cost to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please retain a copy of the tracking number.
Please do not post orders back to our store, we aren't in store every day and are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
After your return or exchange has arrived, please allow 5 business days for us to process a refund or ship out your new item.
- You can return your order for a refund, credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Email our store with your intention to return at email@example.com.
- Post back your order via Express Post and let us know the tracking number.
- Allow 5 business days from your returns delivery for us to process it for you.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Click and Collect Orders:
Click and collect orders are eligible for refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving notification your order is ready for collection. Most click and collect orders (excluding preorders) are ready for collection within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot offer refunds on orders collected outside of that time frame.
International Orders can be returned for a refund (when eligible) or credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We can not facilitate international exchanges at this time.
If you wish to change for another size, please return your item back for a refund and order the size you are after through our web store.
You can send your parcel back with a local carrier via express post. Please email us for help or more information - firstname.lastname@example.org
Art Print/Poster Returns:
Our art store prints are made to order and can not be returned for refund, exchange or credit; choose carefully.
In Store Purchase Returns:
In Store Purchases are eligible for exchange or credit only and must be returned to our store within 14 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on in store purchases.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please email us straight away and we will get back to you with what to do. We will cover postage price in the unlikely event of faulty items and give a full refund. We reserve the right to replace or repair the item where possible as per ACCC guidelines.
We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions. Refer to the label before washing and read more on how to best care for your VH here.
