Styles purchased on sale or during a promotional period can be returned for exchange or credit only, unless marked as Final Sale.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
We are happy to exchange, give a credit note (valid for 3 years) or refund full priced goods.

All return postage costs are at the expense of the customer. Returns must be sent via Auspost Express. We are not liable for returns that are lost in transit if tracking is not provided to us.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Variety Hour reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
If you wish to exchange for a different item we can put the style aside for you. If the item is higher value than the one you purchased we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance which must be paid within 24 hours of sending. If the item you wish to exchange for is of lower value, you can choose to receive the difference as a refund or a credit note (valid for 3 years).
IN STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased at our Fitzroy store can be returned for exchange or credit only strictly within 14 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on items purchased in store.
Items must be returned directly to our store or via post. All return postage costs are at the expense of the customer. Returns must be sent via Auspost Express. We are not liable for returns that are lost in transit if tracking is not provided to us.
CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS
Click and collect orders are eligible for refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving notification your order is ready for collection. Most click and collect orders (excluding preorders) are ready for collection within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot offer refunds on orders collected outside of that time frame.

My item is Faulty, what do I do
Please email us straight away at shop@varietyhourstudio.com and we will get back to you with what to do. We will cover the postage price in the unlikely event of faulty items and give a full refund. We reserve the right to replace or repair the item where possible as per ACCC guidelines.
We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions. Refer to the label before washing and read more on how to best care for your VH here.
