Description
The Iris Dress is our new, sleeveless, swing dress shape.
The cut is based off our OG Tank Dress from 2018/2019 but now is a bit shorter and with a square neckline.
The Iris Dress has thick straps and a high back to cover wearing a bra. As it has the square neckline it is an easy, pull over shape.
The Dress has plenty of swing/is a-line through the skirt for ease of fit across the waist and hips. Most importantly- it has pockets!
It is a placement design featuring the same 'Blossom' print placement on the front and the back of the garment.
It is designed to finish between the mid thigh or top of knee depending on your height. Refer to the product lengths in the measurement pop-up for an idea of what length the dress will be on you.
The Iris Dress is made out of 100% Linen.

I bought this dress to wear to girls lunch and recieved so many compliments. In the Brisbane Summer heat the cut is flattering and cool and the material is comfortable with a beautiful bold print. 👌
I usually don’t wear short sleeveless dresses but I took the plunge and absolutely love this dress and print. Have worn it twice in a week and received so many compliments. Quite oversized so I should’ve sized down but being linen and flowing it doesn’t really matter. Bra and big bust friendly too. I hope you bring out more prints!
I'm thrilled with this dress - I honestly thought that a shift dress wouldn't suit my shape, but I'm thrilled that Mel in store encouraged me to try it on - I've already worn it three times in the 10 days I've had it.
The only very slight downside is that the linen creases while I sit down, making it a bit shorter at the front, but that's just that linen life, and it settles quickly.
